No, it can not do key programming,If you want to do BMW Key programming,if you want to do key programming , you can choose the other auto key programmer tools , thank you

Can updates on comfort mode, brick an ECU (or more)?

As long as you stick to the proposed measures plan in Comfort Mode and your setup (laptop, software etc.) is solid, there should not be any opportunity to brick an ECU.thank you
