Does the TSGUN read OEM sensors?

Yes, it can read OEM sensor, but cannot program OEM sensors. You’ll need LAUNCH sensors to be programmed.

Is it necessary buy this part ? to program tpms with x431 v + 4.0 ?

yes, because you need trigger TPMS sensor externally and this is only way to do it.
