How to Solve Xentry Not Recognizing MB SD VCI

The customer purchased the MB SD C6 with Car MB Star Diagnostic Software Installed 256G SSD.
After the engineer activated the software, the customer said it can’t diagnose the car.

And the customer also tried connect the VCI with the car, and VCI and laptop connect via WIFI.
The WIFI name is C6-DOIP, and the WIFI password is 123456789.

But it also can’t diagnose the car, the engineer remotes to check the software.
Connect the VCI and laptop via WIFI, we can see the VCI is connected, but in the software, also can’t find the VCI.

The engineer has checked the software and hardware, doesn’t know where is the issue, we only can suggest the customer return the package to replace one, the customer said he would like to purchase a new unit with the discount price.
Before ship the new unit out, we take the two test videos to him, the VCI connect to the laptop via USB, and via WIFI.

After the customer received the new unit and we activated the software for him. He also said it can’t diagnose the car.

We can confirm that the tool is working, so we suggest the customer to change another laptop and we re-activate the software and diagnose the car.
