The customer said he can’t install the CNH8.6 software.
In the Installation process the Setup is crashing and the computer is driving down.
We confirmed with the customer, the CNH tool is not from us, and the CNH8.6 software doesn’t offer remote installation service. We suggested him buy the CNH9.11 software, and the CNH9.11 software can work with the CNH tool.
After the customer made the payment and we installed the CNH9.11 software to him.
Then the customer tested the software with the SkidSteer Loader (Case TV380), and said he has checked it but there is no connection with the Interface.
We let the engineer checked the software remotely and check the firmware’s update.
The engineer updated the firmware and the software is working with the firmware. It can diagnose the tractor.
And the customer told us the software is working with his tractor.
The newest CNH software with the older CNH tool, the first time you use the software and CNH tool.
You need to connect the tractor to update the firmware with the software.
During the firmware update, please don’t disconnect the tractor.
