The customer purchased the MB Star C4 with laptop in June, we received the email and said “I can’t get the C4 multiplexer to connect to the car”.
Here are the issue pictures:
We sent the pictures to the engineer.
1.The C4 multiplexer picture, the screen shows “Device not in use”, the screen is no problem.
2.The C4 software picture, we can see the software is not C4 multiplexer, it is the C6 VCI icon, seems the customer changed the VCI configuration.
This issue needs the engineer fixed via the SunloginClient remote tool.
After the engineer connected the laptop, the software was fixed.
If your tool is MB Start C4, please don’t change it to C6, it will break the software.
