We sent the pictures to the engineer.
The solution:
The VCI needs to update remotely. The customer needs to connect the VCI to the laptop via USB cable. (Note: Must be connected via USB cable.)
Then send us the remote tool to update the VCI and please don’t install other driver on the laptop.
The software is working after updating the VCI.
