After the customer made the payment, we installed the software for him via the TeamViewer remote tool.

After we installed the ODIS V25.03 and ODIS-E V19 software for the customer, the customer said “When I try to run the engineer software I get message”.
We sent the question and the error pictures to the engineer.
The engineer said click “Cancel” in the bottom right corner. The software will work.
