Question: cannot login to my system
Recently, some customers have the same problem that the V2023.09 xentry software login failed. We sent the question to the engineer, the engineer said can fix the login issue remotely via SunloginClient remote tool.
After the engineer’s remote, the xentry software fixed.
And the login username and password update to truck88 and 123456.
