After the customer received the Auto repair software hard disk, he said he has problem with the software, the Alldata software always appear the error message “The connection does not contain a database”
We sent the engineer to check the why the software appear this error.
The engineer’s reply:
First when the customer install the software, please notice that the Ace file is 2288KB, If not this size, you need to unzip this file again.
Second, the engineer said the the customer enters the wrong path, so the file cannot be found.
We can see the picture that the customer enters the E for two times.
