How to solve the error that when you use the Benz Xentry software appear Fault number C003

The customer purchased the MB SD tool with the laptop, he said “I have problem with xentry”.
Here are the error picture:

From the picture, the engineer said the Fault number is C003, this fault indicates that the certificate is missing and needs to be reinstalled.
The engineer installed the certificate via TeamViewer and the software is working.

If the xentry software appear the Fault number C003, please contact the engineer to install the certificate again.
