We let the engineer checked the error picture. The issue is the buyer entered wrong login information.
Here are the correct login information:
For the car xentry software, it doesn’t need to enter anything, just keep the username and password for blank, click to log in directly.
For the truck xentry software, username truck88, password 123456
If also can’t load after login the correct information, we will offer the remote tech support.
And this login information is just for our software, if the software is not from us, please contact the software seller.
