How to solve the issue that can’t load the CNH software

We received the message from the customer that said he has a urgent problem with the software.
The software version is CNH9.4, and he sent us the error picture together. The error message is “Could not load the Sentinel Runtime Cloud DLL to obtain the Dll entry Points”

We sent the error picture to the engineer to check what’s the issue with the software.

The engineer said, the Windows updates, and the system files have some change. So the CNH software can’t start now.
Because the customer software version is CNH9.4, it can’t fix now. If the software version is higher than CNH9.10, we can fix it remotely.

Because now we only have the CNH9.10, CNH9.11, CNH9.12 software version. We don’t have the CNH9.4 version.

The solution is the customer orders the new software version. And the customer confirmed with us that the new CNH software can work with the tool.

Finally, the customer orders the new software and we will install it remotely for him.
