use HDD Raw Copy Tool.
save new backup card.
use HDD Raw Copy Tool.
open backup,
have it recorded on the used Card.
Copy it at 2% to stop.
close HDD Raw Copy Tool.
sd off usb, sd on.
Windos format fat32.
put ksuit\update\
start ksuit= ok
used card successfully
