Error Codes: 94202 & 3051
This could happen when trying to code a task on BMW. We need to empty (not delete) the trace manipulation file FSW_PSW.MAN when changing the chassis in NCS Expert.
If you forget to do this, it can lead to this error. Make sure the Windows Firewall is turned off and there is no active anti-virus client. Any of these two can block access to the software directories.
Otherwise, reinstall the ISTAP Softwre.
