Swash Plate Angle Calibration

<Pump Swash plate angle sensor calibration concept>
1. In the case of VBO, the flow rate of the pump is controlled based on the swash plate angle sensor value, so the
sensor value must be measured at the maximum/minimum of the swash plate angle and calibration to the Software
reference value for accurate flow control.
2. That is, by measuring the swash plate angle sensor output(voltage) when the pump is at the maximum/minimum
position to calibrate the maximum/minimum swash plate angle value. 3.
3. For example, theoretically, the sensor output voltage at the maximum/minimum swash plates is at 4.5/0.5V, but if
the actual sensor value is 4.4/0.4V, it will be calibrated at 4.4V and the minimum at 0.4V.

<Caution>
1. The green light meaning of the displayed value is an indication that the tolerance for mounting the pump angle
sensor is within range, meaning no calibration is required. It is recommended that the measurements be calibration for
precise control.
2. That is, click ‘APPY’ after front pump calibration, and then click ‘APPLY’ again apply after rear pump calibration to save
the calibration value for each pump.
3. If the window displaying the value with red color, the pump is suspected to be defective so please contact Doosan regional service manager

Swash Plate Angle Calibration Process:

1.If it’s green – Click the Save button to save the calibration value.
2.If it’s red – Recalibration is performed 2-3 times, and if it continues to be red contact your
regional service manager. If it turns to green light after 2-3 times trials during recalibration, click the Save button to save
