Q:It is normal that VCM2 connect vehicle and computer .But open “IDS”. It doesn’t have in the bottom right corner . IDS is not working normally.What can I do ?
A:Maybe there are various reasons. which need to be solved in turn.You can change a USB cable,change compute system.Or change your computer .If it still can’t work . I think VCM2 have a problem.You need to return to factory for repair .And enter link to buy a new one .
