This CEM has already get clone in a company.
open it up and saw 5 soldering spots to the left from the big black chip.
Read it with Xprog for example.
X-prog connection attached.
Pin Assignments in 80-pin QFP for MC9S12DG256
You have to read MC9S12DP256 and MC9S12DP128.
Both of them have EEPROM and FLASH
You have to read them out separately and then you have two bin files per chip.
And then you will have 4 files.
If you know what to look then you can find it in HEX. But otherwise, it’s just some numbers and letters.
